What is an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR):
This type of test is essentially an MOT for your electrical system.

What is required by law?
All electrical installations deteriorate over time and can be the cause of many accidents.
An Electrical Installation Condition Report must be generated at frequent intervals (the duration of which varies dependent on the types of installation) to ensure each electrical system is still safe for continued use.
